Tobago has beautiful coastlines, lush rainforests, tiny brightly coloured hummingbirds, stunning beaches and coral reefs. For an island that is only 26 miles long and 6 miles wide, it is incredibly diverse. In the south near Crown Point you can find sandy beaches gently sloping into turquoise blue seas and looking out to Buccoo Reef, further north the beaches become more deserted with rocky outcrops and snorkelling coves culminating in the island of Little Tobago in the north which is a bird sanctuary with beautiful coral reefs in surrounding seas.

With direct flights from Gatwick with British Airways it is an easy journey to this tropical Caribbean paradise. Flights are twice weekly and depart Monday or Friday in winter and Tuesday and Friday in summer. From March 2023 British Airways will also be flying direct to Trinidad three times a week on a Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, and then it is a short hop to Tobago from there.
